自20世紀蒙特梭利教育復興以來，蒙特梭利教育先鋒們幫助蒙特梭利運動在美國找到了自己的定位， Biff Maier一直參與其中並定義了實現使命的意義。他亦是運動的主要參與者之一，這其中還包括美國蒙特梭利學會的創始人Dr. Nancy McCormick Rambusch，及和她一起工作的AMS終身成就獎的共同獲得者道格拉斯（Douglas）和瑪麗亞（Maria Gravel）。Biff Maier仍然延續蒙特梭利那個輝煌時代的故事。

Biff在蒙特梭利（Montessori）服務的47年中，一直擔任辛辛那提新學校的指導和校長，是紐約蒙特梭利教師教育中心（CMTE | NY）初級培訓計劃的創始成員之一，蒙特梭利小學教師培訓合作組織（METTC）的財務和主任，AMS董事會教師部分的主席，馬薩諸塞州Lexington蒙特梭利學校的教師和課程開發主任。

Kimitoshi Matsuura 松浦公紀老師

Senior Lecture of Japan Montessori Institute.
Kimitoshi Matsuura has spent nearly 30 years as a Montessori teacher trainer.
He is a leading Montessori promoter in Japan as well as Head of　Matsuura Gakuen　Montessori School.
He founded Matsuura Montessori School in 1985 and Head of the school since then.
He has been a part time lecturer for Tokoha Gakuen Junior College in Shizuoka, Japan since 1997 teaching Montessori Method.

Senior director of education and strategic initiatives-AMS教育和策略計畫高級總監

CHIEF EDUCATION & LEARNING OFFICER - American Montessori Society (AMS)

Guided by the educational philosophy and vision of Dr. Maria Montessori, Gina, the teacher, has been dedicated to serving children and families for over 25 years. Her Montessori experience encompasses both teaching and school management. She has served as the director of a university training center and as an assistant dean at the Montessori Research Institute. In this role, she has overseen teacher education for Montessori bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as an affiliated experimental school and Montessori professional development and consulting services. Gina has also been involved as a consultant for public and private Montessori schools in the United States, China, South Korea, and other locations. She leads the global promotion of Montessori education for AMS and supervises teacher education and services, professional development activities, and online learning at AMS.

Dr. Pamela Rigg

Pamela Rigg began her Montessori journey in 1966 in the fourth AMS teacher education program under the directorship of Dr. Nancy McCormick Rambusch—innovator extraordinaire. Dr. Pamela Rigg has been the program director and founder of Montessori Teacher Education Center San Francisco Bay Area since 1981. She was a past AMS Board Member and Treasurer from 1989 – 1997. She holds Masters degrees in Early Childhood Education and in Educational Psychology, as well as a doctorate in Math, Science, and Technology. Dr. Rigg is AMS-credentialed in Infant & Toddler, Early Childhood, and Elementary I.
